The Challenge
The Chief Executive Officer will bring their experience building exceptional teams and their growth-oriented mindset to strategically develop this business. This executive will have 10+ years of executive leadership experience at high-growth, PE-backed healthcare tech-enabled service and/or brick and mortar companies. They will come in with a track record of shepherding significant revenue growth, scaling companies to profitability, and moving the organization towards positive EBITDA. Lastly, they will have a track record of developing and executing a clear exit strategy, whether through an IPO, merger, acquisition, or other means; while maximizing shareholder value.
The Mandate
We are excited by their “go-get-them” attitude concerning sales and think they will immediately help in that area. We are confident that they will be strong enough and empathetic enough to find our customers’ pain points and make adjustments. We believe the candidate will be strong and make cultural changes in the company. We are also excited about how they will innovate the tech-side of the business, as well.
