The Challenge
The Chief Operating Officer will play an important role as a key strategic addition to the senior leadership team. This executive will have 10+ years of experience leading strategy and operations in high-growth healthcare organizations selling a PaaS experience to payers and employers. They will oversee core processes related to provider enrollment, end-to-end user experience, patient outcomes and enterprise partnership implementations. Lastly, they will bring to the team capital raising experience, ideally through multiple rounds of funding.
The Mandate
We couldn’t be happier with the candidate chosen. We are excited by the fact that they have a big motor and is a mission-driven individual. Their experience in the space prior to joining us will be an aid in regards to being more formal with operations. We believe the candidate will be able to bring clarity to how the organization can be efficiently run. We also really like the fact the candidate has experience growing small companies.
