The Challenge
The Head of Commercial will be a key addition to the senior leadership team, ultimately responsible for developing and formalizing a repeatable go-to-market strategy and building the company’s growth strategy with payers. This leader will leverage their holistic view of the digital healthcare industry, background in building growth engines, and deep knowledge of the payer ecosystem to drive the revenue-generating functions of the business. This Head of Commercial will lead and grow the commercialization side of the organization, having experience building and maintaining existing formal and informal networks across payer networks and the digital health ecosystem. This person will continue to set and execute the company’s business development strategy and develop the playbook from scratch. They will be collaborative in their approach to working with team members across the organization including product, marketing, sales, leadership and Board team members.
