The Challenge
The Head of People and Human Resources represents a critical addition to the team, ultimately responsible for helping to build and enhance the culture as the organization expands to new areas of business. This executive will work hand in hand with the CEO to execute on the company’s vision, and leverage their strong cross-functional team leadership capabilities to implement and monitor processes for scale such as recruiting, onboarding, talent management, employee experience, culture, and best practices. The Head of People & HR will have an opportunity to build people infrastructure, create the reporting and analytics needed to make data-based decisions, and ensure the continued progression of people development programs to make the company a best-in-class workplace for both employees and clinicians. This individual will play an instrumental role in providing a sound foundation to support rapid growth while helping the company execute on the immense opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
