The Challenge
The Vice President of Data and Analytics Products will be an essential addition to the product team, molding the data and analytics product organization and setting the business up for successful customer expansion. This executive will possess a deep understanding of health systems, payers, and pharma pain points as it relates to data access, API integration and workflow, developer solutions, and how clinical data is used in multiple use cases. They will need expertise with healthcare data workflows, data analysis and data interpretation. Lastly, they will have a record of serving as a thought leader and mentor by employing a hands- on management approach and a team-oriented mentality.
The Mandate
We feel that the candidate’s past success is extremely relevant and speaks volumes to the type of leader they are. The candidate understands data in a way that out current leadership does not. I especially like how the candidate is about to synthesize and normalize data in a consumable manner. I believe they will be a terrific asset to the company and will be a reliable thought partner.
