VP of Engineering

The Challenge

The client has identified a need to hire a Vice President of Engineering who will be instrumental in strategically shaping the growth and culture of their team to ultimately create a new standard for pregnancy - where all patients have the support they need to thrive before, during, and after birth. This executive will need 10+ years of development experience, including work dealing with clinical software in a highly regulated industry. They will need 4+ years of experience developing and leading a culture-centric, in-house team of varied technical composition. Lastly they will develop and embody an engineering culture that prioritizes agility, security and predictability and supports long term strategic corporate objectives.
