VP of Operations

The Challenge

The Vice President of Operations represents a key addition to the senior leadership team and is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for their technology-powered healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex and fast-growing markets (ideally outside of healthcare) with a strong ability to lead diverse teams in a matrixed environment. Ideally, this person will be a data-centric leader who has a keen ability to create a scalable playbook highly focused on customer experience and operational efficiency across the brick-and-mortar locations. This role is intrinsically linked to the company’s mission and they will have an opportunity to be a part of and lead an agile, passionate, and fast-growing team.
