VP of Operations

The Challenge

The Vice President of Operations represents a critical addition to the team, ultimately responsible for implementing and optimizing company-wide processes for scale. They will oversee core processes related to patient enrollment, end-to-end user experience, patient outcomes, and enterprise partnership implementations, having done so in a tech-enabled care delivery setting. They will also oversee administrative and other operational functions related to the business as a whole. Lastly, they will mature the company’s processes as it enters a high-growth phase of health plan implementation and market rollouts.
